We LOVE HT-Install especially Gabriel & Khadeem! They did an amazing job for us! They are kind, easy going & you’re happy to have them in your home! They know exactly what they are doing & they didn’t skip a beat. They moved our TV & soundbar from one room to another & put it on the wall flawlessly! They connected our internet quickly & made sure everything was working perfectly together. They resolved all of our questions and issues that we had! Also, they cleaned up everything beautifully. The team at HT Install did an amazing job getting us up and running in our new home. The job was complex, involving a mixture of hard wiring TVs, integrating with existing software and hardware, installing wireless access points, and more. We dealt with several members of their technical team, and they were all technically proficient, professional and did made sure they cleaned up their work area after completing the job. Alex and his helper did an exceptional job in our home. Not only did they install/mount our new TV; the job required electric and HDMI cable to be rerouted to an adjacent wall. HT install is an Amazing company, from start to finish. Our installers Ricardo and Joaquin are the ultimate professionals, they have unlimited patience and their work is top notch. I do not have wire spaghetti behind our entertainment center, we have organized, neat wiring, our components are all working in unison with our control 4 system and our surround sound. Between the security system with cameras along with our monitored smoke detectors, and ring doorbell setup we are feeling very safe and so happy with everything HT has done for us. You will not regret your choice to use this great company.

My tv is not working any better since Comcast was here. They charged me $100 for installing one new wire after switching cable boxes between 2 rooms. I disputed that charge and got it dismissed. The HT tech came in next and switched 2 HDMI wires and actually sold me a new one because one of them was too short. And then he hot glued the IR button onto the face of the brand new wireless 4k boxes that I had ordered. And the Control 4 remote is still not right. For all of that, I owe $238.15.
Since all of this, I have ordered and received a new wired 4k box so he can switch the main cable box back to the living room and the new 4k box would go in the family room. We started this long and tedious process of trying to fix the blue screen problem on one of our tv’s. We’ve paid over $7000 between the tv’s, a new Denon receiver, new EERO extenders and all of the installations from Best Buy, Magnolia, Comcast, ADT and HT Install since the beginning of September. Maybe we will get this right on January 9, finally. Please bring a new Control4 remote in case we need a new one. Thank you.

The guys who installed my tv and stereo were great! They did a good job and were professional, clean and very pleasant to have in the house. What the company charged for the job was ridiculous! I should have called Greek Squad. They would have done the same installation for much less. Make sure you are clear about how much the job will cost. My fault for not calling other companies but you can and likely will save some money if you shop around.

We just extensively renovated our condo in Palm Beach . We wanted to have a state of the art Internet system, a Sonus music sound system throughout our home , remote controlled Lutron solar shades for all of our windows and installation of TV's on articulation brackets. I was hesitant in using HT-Install. One review said they we too expensive so I went with another company to install a TV for my Daughter’s Room. That company did a poor installation, you can see the wires hanging down from the Tv and the Tv sticks out too far from the wall. So, I then use HT-Install to install a TV in the Den, what a difference in installation. I see why they charge more money it was done professionally and I then I had them fix the other companies TV installation. After that I got more done to my house, I upgrade my network and wow, I didn’t realize just changing equipment effects the speed of the network. HT-Install upgrade my doorbell, to a video doorbell and now I am never surprise by anyone that comes to my door. They also upgrade my family room into a Theater atmosphere and that was very nice. Every time a technician has come to the house, they are always clean cut and well mannered, dress in uniform and their trucks look very professional too. David has a vast knowledge on anything you like to do on your home and he takes the time to explain it too you before you make the purchase. Now I have HT-Install phone number on my speed dial. I have also shared HT-Install phone number with my friends and they all say the same thing when we all get together and they thank me for giving their info to them.

Nate and Juan were truly awesome. They not only installed and set up various devices, they went the extra yard to set up personalized commands and made sure we were comfortable with the new devices. At St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL we needed a video streaming system to reach out and connect to our parishioners during Pandemic. After a careful review of local companies, we selected HT Install. We met with David Arango the owner of the company and from the start we were impressed by the experience, knowledge, skills and dedication to service that David related to us. This was evident through the survey and proposal process with detailed, and timely electronic, in person and phone responses. We made several adjustments, and had many questions. All of our queries were answered and discussed in depth in a very timely way.
Once the project started, the staff that managed and performed the work were very professional and responsive to our needs…. We had several technical hurdles that came up and each was handled professionally, courteously and very timely. The training we received to run the system was also very good.
We cannot say enough on how good David and his team conducted this project. His prices were fair and HT install provided far superior service and dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and excellence. On many occasions we contacted Dave via his mobile phone and text and we always received a timely response. There were many occasions that we needed help or a suggestion on what to do and Dave was always there for us. His staff follows his excellent example. If you call into their office, it is the same… good processes, and excellent service. This company and its leaders clearly understand what it takes to compete and succeed in their space.
Thanks to HT Install we were able to live video stream our Christmas services this year and we were able to connect with even more parishioners… especially those that could not attend mass in person due to the Pandemic…

This company is great for all your electronic needs, we have an old house in Dania Beach, and David and his team have been bringing our house to the new millennium. We transferred our services from ATT to Comcast business (att doesn’t have the internet speed we need in this area), Ht install came in did all the wiring inside the house, we had no downtime with the 4 telephone lines, TVs, internet etc.It was a very smooth transition, I have to thank Oscar Salamanca specially, he was on top of the whole process to make sure it went that way. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted a white Sonos Arc, as I did not know they had it in white. The installers brought the black Arc with them .
They had someone drive a white Arc to me while they were here !!
In addition, they corrected the mounting that another installer botched up.

Fantastic company. Have used HT-Install for several years after poor experiences with some of their competitors. A fabulous company with excellent service. They always respond on the same day either by phone (when they can sometimes walk me through a problem) or by scheduling a tech. Today's tech called before arriving, wore a face mask (during the pandemic), & put on booties when he arrived. Found the source of my internet interruption within a half hour, fixed it & taught me what to do should it happen again. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Did some renovations to our home here in W. Boynton Beach and we had to basically rip out all the wiring for our 2 home theater system setups so our Contractor's guys could paint and do what they needed to do. I figured it would take me a good week or more to reconnect everything for the 2 HT systems (and we really wanted to clean things up by hiding some of the wiring behind the walls, etc.), so I searched online for a good home theater company.
Called HT-Install and everyone was very professional and set up the appointment with David (whom I didn't know was the owner, but found out when he came) for the estimate. David & I went over everything and he first gave me a rough estimate which I appreciated and then e-mailed me a written estimate within a couple hours later that day. I accepted his contract and we scheduled the work to be done a few days later.
The 2 HT-Install Techs came on time the day of the job, and both guys were super nice, knowledgeable and professional and just did their job efficiently and neatly without any major problem. I made sure to go over everything and test everything was working again before they left; I noticed a couple things weren't working properly and they immediately addressed and fixed the issues without any complaints. The wires were all reconnected and zip-tied and some were affixed to the wall or hidden behind our walls. Both my wife and I are very pleased with HT'Install's work and we now have our 2 main TVs/home theaters setup exactly the way we wanted them...clean and easy to use!
I highly recommend HT-Install to anyone with home theater or other home electronics needs.

It’s very rare in South Florida to find a company that not only does extremely good work but also is very professional and when they are done you’d never know they were there for 3 days because they cleaned everything. Juan d. Gabriel and Irving got my wifi speeds from 50mbps to 600mpbs in the house and 100 yards away in the barn! Also installed 9 cameras and Sonos! Can’t say enough about this company!

David at HT-Install visited my condo to review the work I wanted done. I had a proposal that afternoon. When we set the date for the work, they accommodated me, changed the date to meet my schedule.
The work was done by 2 very nice, well-dressed guys, and they really knew what they were doing. The left no mess whatsoever, and replaced the furniture they had had to move. Final bill was precisely what they proposed.

Amazing company, and fantastic customer service. I had a rep come and rest my entire surveillance system, and even though there was a tiny mishap the next day, they fixed it free of charge and in a hurry! They have even installed a new camera at my residence, and helped to adjust focus issues remotely from their office so I wouldn't even have to be home to wait for them! I have had problems with internet for quite some time. Sydney was sent by HT-Install and he fixed everything: printers, internet, Nest thermostat and the Sonos sound system. The company also installed my TV and Tivo systems at an earlier date. They even installed electric controlled shades for the office. HT-Install has efficient, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. I would highly recommend them for these types of installations.

Sid came over to reprogram our copier. He’s an outstanding technician, an Apple fan & very patient. He explained the benefits of the reprogramming, provided short-cuts for me, set up defaults, then tested all our equipment. Then he streamlined our Internet to make our service much more efficient and declutter all the extra devices that were unnecessary. What a great experience!!

Our TiVo went down during Wimbledon because of a power outage. I was out of town, and my wife did not know how to fix the problem. David came over that morning, and my wife did not miss a match. We think that HT-Install is terrific.

David and his crew of Chris and Gabriel, went above and beyond to correct and properly resolve a problem with my viewing of my cameras on my iPhone and iPad. I had been deserted by the original company after one of their devices stopped working and was told that it was irreplaceable. David came to the rescue! David and his crew at HT-Install are the consummate professionals. They installed a home theater and hard wired my network internet connection. In addition, they also installed my patio speakers doing a magnificent job. My concern was I didn't want wires exposed and running everywhere. Well once they were done I kept asking myself how did they do that. The work was flawless!! They were on time and took great care not to damage our home or our furnishings. Once they were done, they went over what they had done and even showed me how to get the most out of my system. David is about the easiest person to talk with that you'll ever meet. I would highly recommend H-T Install for any of your home theater, television mounting or internet connection needs. You want be disappointed. I highly recommend them

David and crew were awesome! Really nice people. They spent an entire day installing our audio system. They were neat and clean, leaving no mess, despite having to drill several holes in our walls and ceiling. They were careful with the furniture and floors, using lots of drop pads. David spent some extra time tweaking our TVs and audio so that the color and sound are amazing. My husband is thrilled with the sound and he got his speakers in the pool area that he has been wanting since we moved in. Definitely recommended!!!
