Alex and his helper did an exceptional job in our home. Not only did they install/mount our new TV; the job required electric and HDMI cable to be rerouted to an adjacent wall. The men were on time, courteous, professional, clean-up was meticulous, and they were very much customer-focused, ensuring we were 100% please with the job prior to departing. Highly recomment HT-Install for your future needs.

My tv is not working any better since Comcast was here. They charged me $100 for installing one new wire after switching cable boxes between 2 rooms. I disputed that charge and got it dismissed. The HT tech came in next and switched 2 HDMI wires and actually sold me a new one because one of them was too short. And then he hot glued the IR button onto the face of the brand new wireless 4k boxes that I had ordered. And the Control 4 remote is still not right. For all of that, I owe $238.15. Since all of this, I have ordered and received a new wired 4k box so he can switch the main cable box back to the living room and the new 4k box would go in the family room. We started this long and tedious process of trying to fix the blue screen problem on one of our tv’s. We’ve paid over $7000 between the tv’s, a new Denon receiver, new EERO extenders and all of the installations from Best Buy, Magnolia, Comcast, ADT and HT Install since the beginning of September. Maybe we will get this right on January 9, finally. Please bring a new Control4 remote in case we need a new one. Thank you.
