I have had problems with internet for quite some time. Sydney was sent by HT-Install and he fixed everything: printers, internet, Nest thermostat and the Sonos sound system. The company also installed my TV and Tivo systems at an earlier date. They even installed electric controlled shades for the office. HT-Install has efficient, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. I would highly recommend them for these types of installations.

Sid came over to reprogram our copier. He’s an outstanding technician, an Apple fan & very patient. He explained the benefits of the reprogramming, provided short-cuts for me, set up defaults, then tested all our equipment. Then he streamlined our Internet to make our service much more efficient and declutter all the extra devices that were unnecessary. What a great experience!! Thanks Sid!!!

Our TiVo went down during Wimbledon because of a power outage. I was out of town, and my wife did not know how to fix the problem. David came over that morning, and my wife did not miss a match. We think that HT-Install is terrific.

David and his crew of Chris and Gabriel, went above and beyond to correct and properly resolve a problem with my viewing of my cameras on my iPhone and iPad. I had been deserted by the original company after one of their devices stopped working and was told that it was irreplaceable. David came to the rescue! Very knowledgeable, but more importantly, he truly cared about helping me. Thank you David Arango! You have made me feel safe and secure!
