Premium Support from day one
Every brand new project (takeover or no existing equipment) includes a complimentary Service Membership, providing you with premium support from day one. After this introductory period, your chosen membership plan will automatically take effect, guaranteeing seamless service and support whenever you need it. If you choose to not sign up for any plan, HT-Install will not be able to provide you service remotely- all issues will be solved on-site at full billing rates.
Remote support is available to all concierge clients 24/7, 365 days a year via our Service Department who will provide first-line support and attempt to resolve any issues remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will follow up to coordinate a service call during working hours.
Should you require an in-home visit to resolve an issue, these are provided between 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. Each plan includes varying dicounts on on-site service visits.

Less than 25% of Control4 Partners are even eligible to become Assist Authorized and less than 10% are currently authorized- HT Install is one of the select few authorized Assist dealers. The Assist team is a group of highly-trained individuals with technical prowess and strong communication with the HT Install team to ensure seamless operations.
