Quality of audio/video (a connected network media player may show as online but the audio or video may still be experiencing issues).

Different apps or services within connected network devices (i.e. Netflix not working or Pandora producing an error message within a functioning Apple TV or Sonos player).

Toasters, wicker baskets, toilets, major home appliances (yet), pets, kids, plant life or threats from zombies.

Remote service does not include Control4 programming changes. Your C4 system can still be monitored and rebooted remotely. We do offer Control4 Assist which is a Control4 specifc remote service plan which covers programming. Please inquire within for more information. 

Premium Support from day one

Every new project includes a complimentary Seamless Start Membership for the first 90 days, providing you with premium support from day one. After this introductory period, your chosen membership plan will automatically take effect, guaranteeing seamless service and support whenever you need it. If you choose to not sign up for any plan, HT-Install will not be able to provide you service remotely- all issues will be solved on-site at full billing rates. 

Remote support is available to all concierge clients 24/7, 365 days a year via our support partners, Parasol, who will provide first-line support and attempt to resolve any issues remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a service ticket with detailed information will immediately be sent to HT Install, who will carry out further troubleshooting during working hours.

Should you require an in-home visit to resolve an issue, these are provided between 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. Each plan includes varying dicounts on on-site service visits.

What's included in the setup fee?

In order to support your system, we will arrange an in-home setup visit. This will include:

  • Documentation of your current installation, to ensure we understand what is installed and the support needed. 
  • Our labeling system provides all the essential details that allow our remote service partners to fully understand the scope of your system, even without ever being physically present at your home or business. This ensures accurate, efficient service and seamless communication, no matter the distance.
  • Installation of remote service enabling equipment (equipment necessary is determined on a case by case basis and is subject to additional cost).
  • Firmware updates for all existing and new equipment.
  • Control4 takeovers and additional service will be subject to additional charges. This visit is exclusively for documentation purposes. 

**The standard setup fee is $600-$1200 depending on system complexity, discounted to $0 for those subscribing to our VIP plan. Additional charges may be applicable for systems that have limited or no documentation, requiring additional work to bring them up to standard. If system issues requiring service are dicovered during the Setup Visit, a recommendation will be made and can be scheduled at 561-305-8141.

All plans are based on a 12 month contract.

9 month contracts are available for seasonal clients ONLY but are not recommended. It is best to keep the service active year around to prevent any unforseen issues when returning to FL home.
